Austin Manufactured Hardwood Flooring
We create unique, custom, high-end hardwood flooring. Our creative and skilled team is passionate about wood flooring and are always finding new ways to enhance the natural beauty of wood and to provide a fantastic product. Here’s how it’s done in our manufacturing warehouse here in Austin, Texas.
We use Soest Machine and sustainably sourced European White Oak wood along with the green product, Rubio Monocoat. We make everything to order and custom to your style and color - our Wood + Colors page shows our standard colors, but we can always make things more custom.
Each plank of wood is sanded prior to getting run through the machine. The Soest machine then coats one plank at a time in the designated oil color and then buffs the color into the wood. It then runs through a UV curing. UV cured wood is generally more durable, long lasting and protects the wood so you can enjoy it longer than traditional wood flooring in your home.
Once the wood has gone through these steps, we set each plank on a drying rack to ensure it’s completely dry. After the oil color has completely cured into each plank, we apply a hard oil seal with the machine, this provides an extra layer of protection against normal wear and tear and any sun damage. Now that each plank has gone through all of these steps, it is ready for install. We bundle up the wood and deliver it ourselves, for a flat rate of $150 per order. Installation can be done by our time on a scheduled date. We take pride in our new engineered flooring and have enjoyed many happy customers responses already!

Prior to sanding your wood floors, we meet with you and evaluate your space, taking into consideration your needs and desires as well as informing you of our process. Sanding and refinishing a wood floor is a craft and art. Something that requires many years of experience and focus to detail. We use our decades of experience along with the most advanced tools to provide you an outstanding product.
When it comes to deciding on the new look for your wood floors the vast options of finishes can seem daunting. We have been fortunate enough to work with all types, from hard-wax oils, penetrating oils, stains and sealers, we have the knowledge and experience to know exactly what will work best for you. We will help you achieve your desired look and feel on your existing floors or your newly purchased wood floors. We stay in communication throughout our process and are always happy to answer any questions.
Hardwood Flooring Installation
When it comes to installing a new wood floor there are many details involved. Starting with proper acclimation and sub-floor preparation. As members and certified installers, we follow NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) standards. Using proper adhesives cleats or staples, depending on the thickness of the wood flooring that is being installed, is crucial to having a quality wood floor installation that will last in your home or commercial space. We check and record humidity levels, ambient moisture, and sub-floor flatness. When combined with proper moisture controllers and the correct installations methods, we will give you a sturdy quality install that will last decades. Wood floor installation is where it all begins to give you a quality wood floor.
